Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. 

We offer a variety of floor plans, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts to fit your lifestyle. 

Yes, Integra Wrights Point is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A pet fee of $300 applies for one pet, or $600 for two, along with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. Please contact the leasing office for more details. 

We offer first-come, first-serve parking throughout our community for both residents and guests, so everyone has easy access. 

Residents only pay for parking if they choose to rent a private garage. We offer a range of individual garages to meet various preferences and needs. Availability is limited, so please contact us to secure a space. 

Our dedicated maintenance team is available on-site. Residents can submit requests through the Resident Portal, and our team aims to respond within 48 hours. 

Packages are delivered to our Luxer One Lockers for easy 24-hour access, with oversized items delivered to the door. 

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep trash pickup—up to two bags are collected right outside your front door, five nights a week, making waste disposal effortless. 

Yes, we are proud to be a smoke-free Community, offering a healthier and cleaner living environment for all residents. 

Yes, a Courtesy Officer is available after business hours to assist with non-emergency matters. For emergencies, please contact 911.

Leasing Information

We provide both in-person and virtual tours. While appointments aren’t required, we recommend scheduling one for a seamless experience. 

We offer lease terms from 7 to 15 months, with the best pricing for 12-month or longer leases. 

Residents are required to set up electric service before their move-in date. Water billing will be automatically arranged to allow residents to conveniently include their water bill with the next full month's rent. Internet services can be set up on the day of move-in. 

While residents are not required to provide renter's insurance, please note that if policy information is not submitted prior to move-in, an additional mitigated risk fee will be added to the rent summary charges. 

To apply, simply click the 'LEASE NOW' button located in the top right corner of our website, which will direct you to our online application portal. After selecting your desired move-in date, floor plan, and apartment number, you can complete your application for review. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your income documents and provide your rental history contacts. 

An application fee, administration fee, and holding fee are required at the time of application. Additional move-in fees may apply. PetScreening.com accounts are also required for all residents. 

Rent can be paid through our online portal, by personal check, or cashier’s check. 

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month. 

At Integra Wrights Point, subletting is not permitted. Guests staying over 14 days must apply for residency.
