Tammy Edwards gave me a tour of the property and one of the units. She took her time with me, gave me lots of information, and is genuinely excited about where she works and what she does. Tammy is a perfect employee to have interfacing with the public. She’s polite, confident, professional, and pleasant. But the best part was she patiently assisted me with filling out the application process while I was in her office, which is all on-line and paperless. Uploading and downloading documents not a talent of mine. I have looked at half a dozen apartment communities in the Beaufort/Bluffton area. The apartments are very nice, but the people skills of Tammy Edwards made Integra Wright’s Creek a deal maker! Thank you, Tammy…..am excited to move in!

My husband and I visited this property last month and were absolutely blown away! You truly have to see it in person to appreciate how beautifully appointed it is and everything it has to offer. Kayla Cochrane was a gem—she gave us a wonderful tour, answered all of our questions, and made sure we never felt rushed. This is our #1 contender for when we retire.....Thank you again!

We have been living at integra for 5-6 months now and we really enjoy it. The property is great. I’ve had maintenance come by for cosmetic things and they always show up within the next business day of my request. The leasing office is very helpful in any questions you may have and the facilities are always clean which makes living here a great environment. They take everything seriously, down to fining for not picking up pet waste. They provide doggie bags and trash cans which ensures the grass areas are always clean. Perfect place to live.

I had the most amazing experience touring with Kayla today. The apartment and amenities were immaculate. This was actually the best apartments in the area. Please go give them a visit, you will be blown away!

Love this community! It was a hidden gem. I've been driving by during the construction process but I didn't realize how nice of an area and community they were building. I received a flyer in the mail and booked a tour. Tammy took me on my tour, the amenities are amazing and such a great location. I hope to make this my home soon!

I visited Integra today by accident. I was pleasantly greeted by Tammy who was so patient and helpful. She took me on a tour and showed me all the beautiful views of the water. The facilities were very nice. The 2 bedroom that I saw was very nice and the view was just what I wanted.

I absolutely love living at Integra at Wrights Point. Living here gives me peace of mind and relaxation. The community is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for feeling at home. My wife & I had such a great experience so far! Barry, the Community Manager, has been super helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating from the moment we stepped into the leasing office. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made everything feel so seamless. Even when Barry was out, Kayla stepped in and relayed all the information we needed, which shows how well they communicate as a team. Their attention to detail, professionalism and kindness have truly stood out for us. With the great experience and customer service, we are excited to be a part of this community!

The whole team is super nice. My roommate and I had a bunch of questions through the application process and Kayla and Barry are always super helpful and solve our questions then and there. I tend to ask more questions than the average person since I need to know every small little detail and they were able to accommodate my attention to detail with top notch hospitality. Kayla took the time to fill out our application with us and even scan our documents that we needed to ensure a smooth process. Bridgette showed us around on the tour of the place and was very professional, knowledgeable about the amenities, and displayed great customer service. Hospitality is 10/10 over here!
